Welcome to Shadow of the Chakras! If you are looking to get Emotionally, Spiritually, and energetically more balanced this year than this workshop is for you! This is an 8 week workshop with a deep dive into a different chakra weekly. We will learn about that Chakra, do the work to heal that power center, and then learn about You! Meet those shadows and start to heal them. We are striving for balance. For us to be balanced as a human, we have to have the good and the bad, the light and the dark and you must be at peace with both. This is a safe place to go through each chakra and will be a deep dive support group with homework and sharing. At each class we will talk about that weeks Chakra, at what age this chakra develops , a meditation to work on that chakra, and a healing of some sort. You will have homework assignments to work on each chakra weekly as well. At the beginning of each class we will go over how our past week was and more. Further one on one help and mentoring is available outside class further an additional fee if needed. This is a fully interactive workshop so come prepared to do that inner work!!!
